2010-11 School Year
At all schools, unless otherwise noted, we will pick up your unit(s) directly from your room, so if you have changed rooms since our original delivery, let us know NOW (phone 610-687-5075 or email support@qpsmarketing.com)! If your unit is not in the room on record, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
On your scheduled pickup date, all rented units must:
- Be placed in the middle of your room away from any personal property
- Have no personal items on or in the unit (stereo equipment, books, stickers, magnets, food)
- Be clean, defrosted and dry (It takes 24 hours to defrost your refrigerator. Do not use anything sharp to scrape ice off the freezer)
- Empty all water in drip tray under the freezer compartment
