What are the dimensions of the refrigerators?
The refrigerators are 33½” high x 19½” wide x 19½” deep. They weigh about 50 lbs.

What are the dimensions of the combo?
The combos are 44½” high x 19½” wide x 19½” deep and weigh about 75 lbs.

What are the dimensions of the microwave alone?
The microwaves are 11” high x 18½” wide x 19½” deep and weigh about 25 lbs.

Is the price for 1 or 2 semesters?
The rental price is for the full school year, that is from August to May.

Are the units delivered to my room?
At most schools, if you order before a pre-determined date, the units are delivered to your room before you arrive on campus. Check your individual school for more details.

What happens if the unit stops operating?
Contact QPS at support@qpsmarketing.com and we will replace your unit.

When are the units picked up?
At schools where the units are delivered to your room, the units will be picked up directly from each room. Check your individual school for more details.

What if I can’t contact my roommate to see if they ordered a refrigerator? What if we both place an order?
Our computer system will recognize multiple orders for the same room, so we'll contact the person who sent in the latest order to see if they still want it and, if not, cancel their order and issue a refund.

Can my roommate and I pay for ½ the order amount or should one of us pay for the unit in full?
To avoid confusion and ensure delivery, please have one roommate pay the full amount. You can then settle up between each other later.

Can I place an order if I don’t know my dorm/room assignment or school email address?
No, you must wait to get this information from your school before you can place your order.

What if I change my room or dorm during the year?
You will need to notify us immediately at roomchange@qpsmarketing.com if you move your unit so we can update our records. At the end of the year, if we can’t pick up your unit because we don’t know which room it’s in, you will be responsible for paying to replace the unit or having it delivered to our warehouse.

What do I do if I leave school early?
First check and see if your roommate would like to keep the unit. If so, send us a letter signed by both you and your roommate stating the change in responsibility. If not, contact us and we will arrange to pick up the unit.

What if I am coming to school early?
Unfortunately, no rentals will be available prior to the advertised dates.

How do I prepare the unit for pickup at the end of the year?
Your refrigerator must be clean, no stickers, defrosted, dry & with all parts intact (drip pans, ice trays & all shelves). Your microwave must be clean & dry with all parts intact.
